November Nails

Here are some lovely neutral nails with a nice mix of tan and taupe.
I used OPI Did you ear about Van Gogh? and ASP Tame me Taupe. Simple and pretty!

I've been wanting to try some gingham and here it is!
For this mani, I used TruGel Marshmallow, ASP Tame me Taupe, OPI Did you ear about Van Gogh?  and ASP Studio 54.

These is my sister's mani for her mother in law's fall wedding. Have I mentioned lately how much I love glitter???
I used Gelish Plum and Done, Gelish Meet the King and Gelish All that Glitters.

And some more of those autumn browns!
I used Gelish Sweet Chocolate, OPI Did you ear about Van Gogh? Gelish Meet the King and Gelish All that Glitters.

And another plain and simple mani. I LOVE this color!
This is TruGel Blue Topaz and it might be my favorite color right now. It has the prettiest sparkle in the sunshine.

And my first snow flake nails of the season!!!
I used Gelish Bashful, Orly Gumdrop and some stamping with konad white.

Argyle!!! This is another one I've been looking forward to trying out. Nothing beats a nice cozy sweater, right?
I used ASP Tame me Taupe, OPI My Vampire is buff, and Gelish pumps or cowboy boots?

Glitter, neon, hearts and stripes! Favorite things!
I used Gelish I'm brighter than you, TruGel Marshmallow, Gelish Meet the King and Gelish All that Glitters.

Some solids, a little Halloween AND Wedding Nails!

Here is one of my favorite colors.
Gelish After Dark. Always in style!

Here is a Mini Mani of my little girl. She's adorable.
I just used some regular polish colors and topped them with some black Konad stamping polish.

And another beautiful one color mani. Easy and quick but so so so cute.
Gelish Make you Blink Pink

This one is also a one color but with a twist. It has a layer of glitter on top, which I think makes this neutral manicure look just perfectly feminine and lovely.
I used TruGel Just Peachy and Gelish Vegas Nights

And here are the lovely bride's lovely nails!
Because it was kind of a big deal to get these nails just perfect, it took a little while.
For the Gold nails, I used Gelish Meet the King and then topped them with some loose gold glitter. Making sure to get rid of any rough edges left by the glitter. It took a couple coats of Top it Off but they turned out silky smooth.
For the white nails, I used OPI My Vampire is Buff. Topped with a tiny fade of the same loose gold glitter.
For the other nails, I first used TruGel Just Peachy topped with hand painted art using OPI's My Vampire is Buff.

And lastly, some spooky spiderwebs!
These used Gelish Black Shadow, TruGel Toxic and a touch of hand painted spider webs. Quick AND spooky.

Yay for Fall Nails!

I love how these turned out!
The pretty plummy red with gold laurel leaves is a perfect autumn look.
I used Gelish My Forbidden Love and Gelish Meet the King

Here is another great color with gold! I always love glitter, but there's something about this gold glitter on the dark nail that I think looks really classy and striking.
I used Gelish Bella's Vampire, Gelish Meet the King and Gelish All that Glitters.

And here are some very silly, very Halloween ghost nails. How could I resist?!?
I used Gelish Black Shadow, TruGel Marshmallow, ASP Sparkler, Orly Hello Holo, and TruGel Electric Purple.

And here are my nails this week. I was once again, having way too much fun.
I used Gelish Amazon Flirt, Finger Paints Appetite for the Archetype, Gelish Anime-Zing Color and Gelish Black Shadow. And then I mixed up some craft store glitters and added them with a makeup brush. AND a rhinestone.

Fall catch up post!

I finally interrupted my autumn crochet frenzy to post all the nails I've been doing lately!

Cool geometrics with ombre
I used TruGel Marshmallow, Gelish Tiger Blossom and Gelish Black Shadow.

I've been looking forward to doing these for a long time now. ComicCon Nails!
I used Gelish Hot Rod Red on most of the nails for a perfect 1940's look. Then for the accent nails, one had to have Captain America's shield of course, and the other is Peggy Carter's signature red hat.
For those nails I used Gelish Midnight Caller and Gelish Night Shimmer with touches of various colors for the artwork.

 Peggy's hat!
And there he is. I hope he was just as hunky in real life! I can't wait to hear about it!

Its that time of year people! My favorite nail holiday...
HALLOWEEN!!!
I used: TruGel Marshmallow, Finger Paints Rococo Orange, Gelish Black Shadow, ASP Sparkler and Gelish Waterfield. And a bunch of dotting tools!

And here are some lovely fall frenchies. I love how they turned out. So pretty!
I used Gelish Bashful, Gelish Arctic Freeze and some Konad stamping polish.

Fall Frenchies. And diamonds.

I really honed my french tip skillz this week!
This first one is just a basic white on clear here. The fantastic part is Heather's gorgeous natural nails! Can you believe those???

Next we have some edgy black with some stripes and diamonds. Very cool!
I used Gelish Black Shadow and TruGel Marshmallow with a bit of stamping on the thumb.

And here is the Funky French for the week. Owls!!!
I used a few coats of Gelish Bashful as a base color instead of a clear to keep it looking natural but also to mask some nail damage and add a bit of sparkle. Then I used ASP Ego with Gelish Mint of spring accents. And some black, white and orange for Mr. Owl of course.

my third French of the week!
This one is a little different. I started with two coats of Gelish Bashful again (because I like it) and then painted the tips with Gelish Artic Freeze. Then I added a bit of sparkle with Gelish Vegas Nights on top and finished with a touch of chunky glitter on her accent nails.
