Some solids, a little Halloween AND Wedding Nails!

Here is one of my favorite colors.
Gelish After Dark. Always in style!

Here is a Mini Mani of my little girl. She's adorable.
I just used some regular polish colors and topped them with some black Konad stamping polish.

And another beautiful one color mani. Easy and quick but so so so cute.
Gelish Make you Blink Pink

This one is also a one color but with a twist. It has a layer of glitter on top, which I think makes this neutral manicure look just perfectly feminine and lovely.
I used TruGel Just Peachy and Gelish Vegas Nights

And here are the lovely bride's lovely nails!
Because it was kind of a big deal to get these nails just perfect, it took a little while.
For the Gold nails, I used Gelish Meet the King and then topped them with some loose gold glitter. Making sure to get rid of any rough edges left by the glitter. It took a couple coats of Top it Off but they turned out silky smooth.
For the white nails, I used OPI My Vampire is Buff. Topped with a tiny fade of the same loose gold glitter.
For the other nails, I first used TruGel Just Peachy topped with hand painted art using OPI's My Vampire is Buff.

And lastly, some spooky spiderwebs!
These used Gelish Black Shadow, TruGel Toxic and a touch of hand painted spider webs. Quick AND spooky.

Fall is Here!!!

And everyone knows that fall = football!
My sister may be the nicest mom ever. These nails are all about her very own (not so little) #24.
And I was even able to find a football!
For this Mani, I used Gelish Want to Cuddle?, Gelish After Dark, Gelish Vegas Nights, TruGel Marshmallow, and a bit of Gelish Lady in Red. Team colors are navy and marooon. We can't all be as cute as the Seahawks I guess.

For my start of fall nails I really wanted to try an Ikat pattern. I've been seeing it everywhere (scarves, decorative pillows, phone cases) so it was kinda in my head and I think it turned out pretty ok, myabe I'll try again but with some different colors next time.
I used: Gelish Black Shadow, TruGel Marshmallow, and little bits of RCM Staycation and Gelish Shake it til you Samba.

My mom wasn't quite ready to let go of her bright summer nails so we went all out for this one. It kinda looks like neon confetti. Super fun to do and I could even tone it down a bit if I absolutely had to. Maybe.
 Neon Confetti Diet Coke Party!!!
I used: Gelish Amazon Flirt, Finger Paints Passion for Pink, ASP Ego, Finger Paints Appetite for the Archetype, TruGel Marshmallow and a few other colors for the dots. Way fun!

My last mani for this post is this lovely fall sweater design. I LOVE how it turned out and I can't wait to do variations of this all fall and winter. How cute would this be in oranges? In Christmas colors? Yay!
These nails are on the lovely Nita, who I adore and can't wait to see again soon.
I used: Gelish Want to Cuddle? TruGel Marshmallow and Gelish Meet the King.
Pretty simple!

Back to school and Dr. Who!

My little girl started first grade last week. She was SOOOO exited! So we figured we better do some nails to celebrate.
So we decided on a fun red apple theme.
For my nails, I used Gelish Hot Rod Red, and TruGel Marshmallow.
for hers I had a regular polish red that was pretty close and a regular white as well. mine are gelpolish, hers are just nail polish but I think they match pretty well anyway.

And here is another back to school design. I LOVE how this one turned out! But which is your favorite, the notebook paper? Chalk board? Apple? Ruler?

For this, I used Gelish Hot Rod Red, Gelish Black Shadow, TruGel Marshmallow, and ASP Sparkler. For the art work I used all gelpolish in whatever colors I could find.

Aren't they adorable???

Dr. Who Nails!!!
You may not be able to tell, but yes, that is a time vortex you're seeing.
With a mini Tardis.
I used, Gelish After Dark, Gelish Ocean Wave, Gelish Arctic Freeze and Gelish Casmere Kind of Gal. to create the time vortex, I used a tutorial for tie dye nails that seemed pretty close.

For this last manicure I took a million pictures and they all turned out so pretty that I just had to post them all.
And also, THAT RING!!!
So Pretty!!!
For this Manicure, I used Gelish Gossip Girl (favorite color!) and then a touch of Gelish Pink Smoothie and Gelish Artic Freeze.

Happy July 4th!!!

YAY for holidays and YAY for pictures!
(This post has a million!)
Thanks to the lovely Jessica for lending me her hands for this fun stars and stripes mani.
I used FingerPaints Modern Motif, TruGel Marshmallow and Gelish Hot Rod Red. All the art is handpainted!

One of may favorites things to do? Mini Manis!
Thanks to Shauna and her "Mini" for letting me have so much fun with this wild and crazy patriotic mani.
The main colors used here are the usual suspects. TruGel Marshmallow, Gelish Hot Rod Red and Gelish After Dark. I also used Gelish Night Shimmer topped with some fun glitters that we thought looked a bit like sparks from a firework. I love how fun these turned out!

And another Mom and Mini Mani!
This time my sister Candi and her Sassy Roxanne who knew exactly what she wanted. Ice cream and bananas of course!
I've been wanting to try this manicure for a while and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Plus I super love how Candi's jewelry makes it even cooler. I have a cool sister. Be jealous.
I used: TruGel Marshmallow, Gelish Hot Rod Red and Gelish Ocean Wave. Then I stamped with some Konad white and added white sparkly glitter to the white nail.

And here is my most flag-like manicure, modeled by my wonderful mother, Susan, with the help of glassybaby. She had really nice big nails and she lets me do whatever I want to them. So nice!
I do love how these turned out even if they do make me giggle a little at how bright and flag-y they are. I used Gelish Ocean Wave and Gelish Hot Rod Red and then stamped them with Konad White. Pretty simple actually.

And the last of the patriotic manicures is modeled by my good friend Kasey. Pretty, cool and fun. Just like Kasey!
I used Gelish Hot Rod Red, Gelish After Dark, Gelish Night Shimmer, Gelish Arctic Freeze and Gelish Waterfield.

July is coming...are you ready???

 We are!!!

And there's still time to come get your nails done before the holiday weekend.
Come over!

I've been doing a bunch of Independence Day Nails lately. They're so fun!
Here's the first one:

Nautical Nails!!!
I'm not the best hand painter, but these were super fun to do!
Thanks to lovely Andrea, for sharing her hands with me for a couple hours!
I used: Gelish Arctic Freeze and Finger Paints Modern Motif. Thats it!

This is what I'm wearing right now and I'm loving them! I've been wanting to try this mani for a while now and I can definitely say I'll be doing this one again!
Just don't look too closely at my right hand flowers as they look less like flowers and more like stuff I studied in biology class.
I used: TruGel Marshmallow, Red Carpet Love Those Baby Blues, Gelish Hot Rod Red and Gelish After Dark. And a dotting tool.

Flag Nails!
Whats more patriotic than stars and stripes? I love how this one turned out. And it wasn't really all that much nail art either!
How pretty is this picture? Two of my favorite things, nail art and glassybaby
I used: TruGel Marshmallow, Gelish Hot Rod Red and Gelish After Dark.

Little Girl Mani/Pedi!

This is my little girl. She's pretty happy with herself!

My little boy, not so happy.

And finally, my sparkly red white and blue fingers and toes.
A pretty simple Mani/Pedi. The only fun thing here is the glitter fade, which is always a hit.
I used: Gelish Hot Rod Red, Gelish After Dark, Gelish Night Shimmer, Gelish Waterfield and TruGel Marshmallow.
